Quick answers

Before you sign up

Another question? Write to hello@pilatesplans.com, I answer myself.

Is the plan really free?

Yes, for good. No expiry, no credit card. You just confirm your email address.

Which plan should I pick?

If many in your group are new to the reformer, start with beginner. If everyone knows the basics, start with intermediate. Once you confirm, you get both anyway.

Do I only get a PDF?

No. You get the plan with class outline, exercise view and teaching mode in your browser. The PDF print version comes on top.

Can I teach it in paid classes?

Yes. It’s meant for your own teaching, even if your clients pay for the class.

Will I get marketing emails?

A few short practical tips and one membership offer. Unsubscribe with one click.

Your next class is already done.
