What a class contains

What every plan contains

Not a list of exercises — a class you can open and teach.

Full class sequence

Warm-up, main work and cool-down in order — including the transitions that are hardest to plan in your head.

Starting position per exercise

Where feet, hands and small equipment go before the first rep.

Spring settings as light, medium, heavy

No colours — the plan still works on a machine from a different manufacturer.

Reps per variation

Guidance for every progression level, not just the base exercise.

Cues per exercise

Phrasings that land in a group class — plus what to watch for.

Side changes as their own cards

With a reference back to the exercise, so you never have to flip back mid-class.

Equipment list up front

Listed at the top of the plan — you know what to set out before class starts.

Print-ready PDF

Ready to print. Still readable on your phone either way.

New credits every month

Unlock what fits your classes — and download the print version, which stays yours.

Build your own class

Sometimes no ready-made concept quite fits. In the plan builder you put your own class together — from the exercise database or written entirely from scratch — with title, level, focus and equipment like any other plan.

Every exercise as a reference

Every exercise as its own record — starting position, muscle groups, cues and a spring recommendation. Filterable by level, equipment and body area, whether you are planning or just looking something up.

Keep track of your classes

Log when you teach which plan at which studio — with attendance once the class is done. No separate tool needed, the calendar sits right next to your plans.

Help decide what gets written next

Once a month you pick the themes you care about — mobility, seniors, rehab, whatever your classes are missing. No promise of delivery, but a real channel into what gets planned.

Document with a folded corner, a PDF badge, the plan title, and duration and level

As a printable PDF

Every unlocked plan downloads as a PDF — print it out, or just keep it as a backup when the studio has no signal. The file stays yours, even after you cancel.

"Calm" mood tab selected, with one playlist entry showing album art and a soundwave

Playlists that fit the class

Curated Spotify playlists sorted by mood — calm, flow, powerful, cool-down. One less thing to put together before you unlock the studio door.

What a reformer class plan needs to contain

A class plan is more than a list of exercises. To actually teach from it you need four things per exercise: the starting position, the spring setting, the reps, and at least one cue that lands. Leave one out and you end up planning while you read — which costs exactly the time you were trying to save.

Every Pilates Plans class plan follows the same structure: arrival and breath, warm-up through footwork and spine, main work with one clear theme, a peak exercise, and a calm close. In a 50-minute class that is roughly 5, 10, 25, 5 and 5 minutes. Spring settings are written as light, medium and heavy rather than colours — so the plan still works on a machine from a different manufacturer.

Plans are filterable by level, focus, equipment and body area. You open them in the browser, including on your phone next to the reformer, with no printout and no app. If you would rather plan yourself, the blog has the method — the ready-made plans only take the repetitive part off your hands.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every membership payment comes with an automatic invoice from Stripe by email.

How do the credits work?

Each payment adds the credits of your tier, for example three a month. One credit unlocks exactly one plan of your choice. Unused credits expire at the end of the month; unlocked plans stay.

Can I teach the plan in my paid classes?

Yes, that's exactly what it's for. Use it in as many of your own classes as you like, paid ones included. What's not allowed is sharing it, reselling it, or offering it as your own product.

Do I get a PDF or a website?

Both. The plan lives online and is readable on your phone next to the reformer — and it prints as a ready-to-print PDF.

Will the plan work on my reformer?

Yes. Spring settings are given as light, medium and heavy instead of colour — colours vary by manufacturer, so the wording works on any machine, even when you're covering a class in an unfamiliar studio.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the month you paid for. Within the first 14 days you get your money back, no questions asked — just write to us. After that, cancelling ends your online access; the PDFs you downloaded stay yours to teach from.

Do I need special equipment?

Every plan lists what to set out at the top. Most work with just the reformer and a Pilates ball. Where a weight, ring or box comes up, you can filter for it above.
