Box Flow: Plank, Lunge & Arms with a Weight
Single-sided series at the box — from press out to carriage pull, all on one light spring
An intermediate flow that runs entirely on one light spring and keeps putting the box to new use. After long strap arms in seated tabletop, leaning back into the ball, you move to the box: a press-out series into plank, a box lunge with row and weight, biceps curl and a triceps series kneeling on the box. Plus a quadruped on the box with the leg in the long strap and, to finish, a carriage pull with the elbows on the box. Seven exercises, each side on its own.
