Starting Position

Bring the box further forward. The right elbow on the box, the feet set long in a side plank or come onto the knees. The left hand in the long strap.

  1. Bring the long arm down by the hip.
  2. Only bend and straighten the forearm.

Cues for Teaching

  • The shoulder stays over the elbow, don't hang into it.
  • The upper arm stays by the body, only the forearm moves.
  • On the knees, keep the hips lifted all the same.
