How to Use Core Exercises in Your Class
Start Early
A calm core exercise in the warm-up shows the group what today is about. Save the harder variations for the main part.
Choose Springs on Purpose
Less spring doesn't always mean easier. The carriage gets less stable and the core has to hold more. Try new variations yourself first.
Don't Do Them All at Once
Five ab exercises in a row tire a group out fast. Mix in legs or back, then come back to the core later.
