Starting Position

Hands on the platform extender, shoulders over the wrists. Ball under the right instep.

Step-by-Step Flow

  1. Come into the plank position.
  2. Bend the right leg under the torso and roll the ball in.
  3. Return it under control.
  4. Place the ball under the left instep and perform the other side.

Cues for Teaching

  • Hips stay in one line, no sagging.
  • Shoulder blades stable, work from the center.
