Starting Position

Long box on the carriage, sideways in the spring well. Left leg placed on the frame, left thigh presses the ball against the box, right leg with a soft bend.

Step-by-Step Flow

  1. Hinge with the upper body.
  2. Press the box leg away in the hinge.
  3. Hold the hinge, only press away.
  4. Keep the leg pressed away, only perform the hinge.

Cues for Teaching

  • Keep a hip-width stance.
  • Keep constant pressure against the ball.
